Invisible line:

Narratives of Queer Individuals

Prajakta has done her post-graduation in Women's Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. While studying at TISS, she had a chance to explore herself as a queer person and that helped her choose the subject of her dissertation. She graduated in 2017. Since then, she has been associated with an organization working for Nomadic and "De-Notified" communities in Gujarat. She works as a Manager of Human Rights' program.

The title of her dissertation is: Exploring Invisibility: Lived Experiences of Queer Individuals from Gujarat. It is a collection of narratives of 10 queer individuals (people assigned gender female at birth) and how the various intersections they belong to play a role in their invisibility while being in political context of Gujarat.
