Harshil is a young and inspiring architect, with one of the rare feminist architectural practices embedded in participatory community engagement ethos. He lives by his belief "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others", as famously said by Gandhiji. 

 

He shared his journey of volunteer service and teaching which enhanced and strengthened his commitment to bringing design to marginalised communities in rural and urban areas. His work demonstrates the power of empathetic design processes in empowering people and creating transformative built environments by giving agency to the inhabitants.
